  • Already use another platform and ready to migrate to Xero?

    A migration project transfers your existing chart of accounts, opening balances, and historical data into Xero without losing your financial history.

    Pricing based on the complexity of your current setup and the volume of historical data being transferred with a minimum equivalent to one month’s retainer that is credited toward your first month if you continue as an ongoing client.

    Your books might require a catch-up or clean-up prior to migration. Details will be discussed on discovery call.

Discovery Call

A free 30 minute conversation to talk through your business, your current bookkeeping situation, and what you actually need. No pressure, no commitment. Just a conversation to see if we’re a good fit.

Proposal & Agreement

If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive a written proposal within one business day outlining your service tier, scope, and pricing. Once you’ve reviewed and signed the engagement letter, we’re official!

Onboarding

You’ll complete a questionnaire and provide access to your accounts. I’ll get your books configured, connect your bank feeds, and establish your folder structure. This is where the foundation gets built.

Ongoing

Project or monthly work begins. You’ll receive your financial reports on a consistent schedule each month with clear communication throughout. No chasing, no surprises.
